Cancellation and payment terms

REGISTRATION
Registration is binding.

You can register for courses via our website www.mathemedix.com/courses

After your registration, you´ll receive a confirmation e-mail.

COURSE FEES

Registration fee to a course includes the participation in the course, lunch / coffee breaks and possible course materials. The course fee does not include accommodation or any types of travel costs.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND PAYMENT

You will be e-mailed an invoice for your course payment approximately a few days after registration.

The course fee must be paid in full in advance within 14 days from registration.

We accept payments by bank transfers.

Applications for courses are registered according to the order in which full payment of the course fee is received, as the number of participants per course is limited.

Mathemedix reserves the right to decline a registration without further explanation.

Any participant wishing to cancel their booking must notify Mathemedix by e-mail.

In the event of a cancellation received less than 4 weeks prior to the course start date, a no-show situation or a cancellation during the course, no refund will be given.

In the event of a cancellation received between 12 to 4 weeks prior to the course, Mathemedix reserves the right to retain 50% of the payment received.

Cancellations made more than 12 weeks before the course start date will receive a full refund minus €300 administrative costs.

Course fees will be fully reimbursed if a course is cancelled by Mathemedix

COURSE CHANGES AND DISCLAIMER
We reserve the right to change the teaching location, time and teachers or other matters that are urgently necessary.

Mathemedix reserves the right to cancel events fully or in part in case of an insufficient number of participants, program cancellations, organizational reasons, changes of availability of speakers, force majeure or other unforeseeable events that render the execution of the event impossible and/or not worthwhile or that would lead to Mathemedix incurring unreasonable expenses in executing the event. Mathemedix will immediately inform participants of such changes.

If an event is cancelled by Mathemedix for organizational reasons or for due to force majeure, as outlined above, Mathemedix will refund the event fee in full.
