Mathemedix’s customer file is confidential and its data is not disclosed. The information is not used for marketing without separate permission.
Mathemedix delivers ordered goods primarily through DHL or mail. If the ordered product is no longer in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. The delivery time for products in stock is normally 5-7 days in Finland. The deliver time for products we have to order is 1-5 weeks, and 1-4 months for products made separately or customized for the customer. The shipping company delivers the items to the address specified by the customer.
Delivery times for foreign deliveries vary by country.
The service includes one delivery attempt. We charge a new shipping fee for resends.
Delivery charges are EUR 29 + VAT for all packages of normal size in Finland.
Delivery charges for larger products requiring transport are priced separately.
Delivery is free in Finland for orders of small goods worth more than 1,000.00 EU (VAT.0% e).
If some products are not available when ordering, we will send them separately as soon as the goods arrive without any separate delivery costs.
There will be an invoice for deliveries abroad according to a separate price list.
By invoice and payment methods approved by Visa Pay. When selecting an invoice for online orders, an invoice is sent to the billing address indicated at the time of delivery. The payment term for an invoice is net 14 days. Interest on late payment is in accordance with the interest act in force at the time. You must provide a Business ID number in order to pay by invoice. If necessary, we reserves the right to require a prepayment and/or to suspend delivery.
The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment service providers maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and your bank statement or invoice will show Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy as the recipient of the payment. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.
The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the purchase.

Through Visma Pay you can pay with online banking identifiers, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCards, as well as Jousto and Enterpay Lasku for companies.
The prices of all our products are shown without VAT. VAT (24%) is added to the prices of the products we sell.
The warranty is determined in accordance with the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer of the product. The Seller shall be released from liability if the defect or breakage was caused by an accident, use that is contrary to the instructions or intended use of the product, or for some other reason for which the customer is responsible. The customer must report a product defect as soon as the defect is detected.
The Customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 (14) days of receiving the product. The cancelation must take place within the above time by e-mail and the product must be returned within the same time to Mathemedix Oy, Finnoonniitty 7, 02270 Espoo. You will be reimbursed for the delivery charges incurred in the return if the goods are returned in the same way as it was delivered to the Customer. Cancellation of the order and return of the product requires that the Customer returns the product and its packaging without delay in perfect condition and attaches a copy of the delivery list or invoice according to the return and indicates the reason for the return. You do not have the right to return a product if the product has been used.
A payment made for the order will be refunded to the Customer no later than 30 days after the goods have been returned to the online store. The refund of the purchase amount is made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
Before accepting a shipment, the Customer must check that it has not been damaged during transport. If there are clear signs of damage to the package, a damage report must be submitted immediately to the carrier and Mathemedix must be notified [email protected] or 040 8445255
If the wrong product has been delivered to the customer or the product is incorrect or damaged, the customer must immediately report this to [email protected] The message shall include the product details, the order date, the customer’s contact details and the reason for the complaint. The wrong product will be returned without postage costs to the sender, and we will send more detailed instructions by email. The product is returned after making the complaint.
If the product is defective, the online store always has the right to replace the product with a similar product which is not defective.
In the event of force majeure, Mathemedix may postpone the delivery of a product or cancel the entire order by refunding any amount paid by the customer for the purchase back the customer. Examples of force majeure include actions taken by an authority, an infectious disease situation, a technical failure, interruption of operations as a result of water damage or fire or other accident, an interruption of public transport or energy supply, a labor dispute or any other similar reason of equally significant and unusual effect which Mathemedix could not reasonably have taken into account and whose consequences it could not reasonably have avoided.

The online store has the right to change the service, its contents and availability at any time, as well as the terms of this agreement, without notifying you by email, letter or online store website. The changes will take effect immediately, in such a way that customer’s orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering. Before ordering, the customer must always read the terms of delivery in force at that time.
